We ship to 50 United States.


U.S.) Shipping Policies and Payment


Shipping is calculated based on the weight at checkout. We use USPS Priority Mail and USPS carriers.


PAYMENT


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, Venmo.


WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHECKS!


HudsonFlowVintage does not accept any form of checks under any circumstances. Payment is due at the time of purchase.


WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES.


UNITED STATES CUSTOMERS


After receiving order confirmation and verified payment, all orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding Sundays, holidays, and harmful weather-related incidents.

All packages are shipped within one to two post office business days after our processing time. Please allow extra time for transit. You will receive an order notification after purchase and when your order ships.


Orders purchased after 12:30 pm Friday (Standard Eastern Time) for Saturday pick-up will ship on Monday.


We will send a follow-up email letting you know your package has been delivered.


Every package shipped by us is tracked and insured.


WE SHIP ALL ORDERS USPS


USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 3 days 


USPS Priority mail can take longer, depending on the post office and where you reside.


Any order shipped to Hawaii or Alaska is not eligible for two-day, four-day, or standard shipping.


Even though we do everything possible to have your items arrive on time, the post office, natural disasters, distance, or weather can sometimes be unpredictable. We will do our best to inform you if the post office is acting slower than usual with the shipment.


When a package leaves our office and is handed to USPS, we have no further control of it or its whereabouts.


A tracking number is provided after an order is fulfilled and after logging into your account.


2026 CHRISTMAS SHIPPING (U.S.)


Christmas holiday orders must be received by December 18, 2026. Orders shipped after this date cannot be guaranteed to arrive by December 25, 2026.


DELIVERY CONFIRMATION $200 +


Any $ 200+ value order is sent with signature delivery confirmation.


CORRECT ADDRESS


Please ensure your address is correct before placing an order. We cannot ship to an unverified address. You may have moved and forgotten to update your address, or you may own separate homes, such as a summer home or an apartment with a different address.


LOST / MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGES


We track the package until it reaches the correct destination and shows as delivered. If you cannot locate your package after delivery and suspect it's missing, please check with your neighbor, the area around your property, the building lobby, and the mail room, and ask the mail carrier. The Post Office uses GPS to locate missing packages. You can initiate an investigation at your local post office by filing a claim and submitting a Missing Mail Search.

 

We recommend waiting 1-2 business days to see if the carrier redelivers the package. Please notify your post office to file a claim if the box has not been found.


Request online. The recipient of the parcel is more likely to locate a lost package.

If you have an unverified USPS address, we may contact you to confirm the shipping address. We only ship to USPS-verified addresses.
